Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We offer self check-in with door codes, so late-night arrivals are never a problem. Early check-in is subject to availability.

Indian guests need a government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport or Driving Licence) for every guest, as per Indian regulations (PAN card is not accepted). Foreign guests need a passport, valid visa and travel details. Corporate bookings can be invoiced with GST.
Housekeeping is available on request at an additional cost that depends on the property type (Studio, 1BHK or 2BHK). Just let us know and we will arrange it.
For short stays (under 30 nights): cancel more than 10 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 5 to 10 days before for 50%, and under 5 days before for no refund. Long stays (30+ nights) are fully refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 15 days before check-in.
